Enquiry policy
An application is a request for a quotation. It is not a reservation.
Before you confirm
You can withdraw an application any time before you confirm a quotation with the desk. Write to the same email thread, or use the contact form and quote your application reference.
What a quotation is
A quotation names the route, the stays and a starting estimate in NPR. It has a validity date. After that date the figure may change, and the desk will send a new one if you still want the trip.
After you confirm
Confirmation happens with the Kathmandu desk, off this website. Changes to dates, party size or hotel level are agreed there. This site does not take a deposit and does not issue a ticket.
