These terms cover use of the Skylink website. They are not a contract for a hotel, a vehicle or a guide.
Estimates, not bookings
Prices on this site are starting estimates in NPR. They are not a confirmed fare. An application does not reserve a hotel, a vehicle or a guide, and it does not create a debt.
No payment on this website
Skylink does not collect card payments, deposits or ticket fares here. Any amount you later pay is agreed with the Kathmandu desk after you accept a written quotation, and it is handled off this site.
Catalogue
Holidays, hotels, day trips and departure dates are published so you can ask about them. Availability, the final figure and what is included are confirmed in the quotation, not on the page.
Accounts
An account lets you track applications you sent while signed in. You are responsible for the email and password you choose. We may close an account that is unused or misused.
Changes
We may update these terms. The copy on this page is the one that applies when you use the site.
