Who we are

What we collect
When you apply, register, subscribe or write to the desk we store the name, email, phone number and trip notes you send. An account stores the email you choose. The password is stored only as a hash, not as plain text.
If you choose Allow cookies, the browser keeps a short preference so the notice does not return on every page. Server logs may keep the IP address and the page requested, so we can keep the site running and look into misuse.
Why we use it
We use your details to prepare a quotation, reply to an application, send the notes you asked to receive, and run your account. We do not sell names, emails or trip notes, and we do not pass them to advertising networks.
Who else sees it
Trip details are shared with a hotel, a transport provider or a guide only when you have asked for a quotation, and only as far as that quote needs. We do not pass your details to data brokers.
How long we keep it
Applications and quotations stay while the enquiry is open, and in the desk’s records after it closes. You can ask us to delete an account or an application by writing to the email above.
Your requests
You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask us to delete an application. Write from the email address on the account so we can match the record.
