When to write to the desk
Ask before you buy a fare you cannot change.
A published holiday on this site is an estimate, not a ticket. Write with a month and a party size. The Kathmandu desk replies with the overnights, the stays and a starting figure in NPR.
If the month is a festival window, say so in the note. Rooms and vehicles are tighter then, and the quote will say so.
You confirm with the desk, off this website. Nothing is charged on the page where you applied.
