The lake city is paced, not packed.
Most Nepal routes that include Pokhara keep two or three nights there. The desk names the lakeside stay in the quote, not on the first page you opened.
A slower day, or a sunrise stop, can be added as a note. It is priced in the reply, not assumed.
Transfers from Kathmandu are part of the quotation when the route says they are.
