Group dates and waitlists
A date can be open, waiting or closed.
Group windows are published so you can ask. Open means the desk can quote it. Waitlist means the date is full for now. Closed means that departure is not offered.
A waitlist note does not hold a seat.
Ask for the next open window if the one you wanted is closed.
